Kayaks are usually easier if it’s your first time. SUP is fun too and focuses a bit more on balance. You can often choose depending on conditions.

Yes. A guide is with you the whole time, keeping things safe and relaxed.

All the equipment you need: kayak or SUP board, paddle, and life jacket.

Yes. Life jackets are always worn. Just be comfortable around water and follow the guide’s instructions.

It’s a mix of walking, light hiking, and exploring along a river. You’ll walk through shallow water, over rocks, and enjoy the natural surroundings.

Cave Exploring (Pirogoshi)

 

It’s a guided walk inside a natural cave where you explore rock formations and learn about the area with a local guide.

No experience is needed. The guide leads the way and keeps everything easy to follow.

The cave has open areas where you can walk comfortably. Some sections are darker, but the pace is relaxed and never rushed.

That’s completely fine. You can move at your own pace or skip a section if you prefer.

Comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting a bit dusty and closed-toe shoes with good grip. A light jacket is useful, as caves are cooler.
