Enjoy an authentic Albanian experience on this 2-Day Food and Cultural Trip in Berat. It includes accommodation in the Hotel Castle Park as well as a Cooking Class, a visit to Berat Castle, wine tasting, breakfast and lunch, transportation, and more.

Day 1:
Check into the Hotel Castle Park hotel. Meet for our cooking class in the kitchen. During this class, you will not only learn to cook these dishes but also learn about the ingredients we buy from local farmers.
Drinks, wine and cheeses will be served to welcome the class. You will then cook the four recipes described below.
-Kulaci - a traditional Albanian house bread served mainly during special holidays.
-A traditional main course - Japrak (made from fresh grape leaves stuffed with either rice or meat), stuffed pumpkin, etc.
-Berati Vejnez (Beef) - stuffed with cheese and nuts, this dish is a Berat specialty.
-Berati Katmari - a traditional cake of Berat. Made with nuts and is delicious.
After the cooking class, everyone will enjoy the traditional meals you've prepared in a convivial atmosphere with friends and family. This is an authentic Albanian experience you'll remember for a lifetime!
Day 2:
Start your day with an Albanian breakfast buffet in our restaurant. After that, we meet at the front, where our driver will take you to visit the Berat Castle and there you will have lunch. Afterward, we will visit Cobo Winery nearby for wine tasting. During your visit to the winery, you can sample four types of wine while enjoying homemade bread, cheese, and olives.
